We are making of use of artificial intelligence in interpretation at our health centres.
The Túlka app in use at in-person appointments helps nurses and doctors to quickly interpret conversations into many different languages using their work phones.
The solution improves access to services, particularly in urgent situations, as the application supports 48 languages spoken in the Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing services county. The AI interpreter can be easily replaced by a human interpreter where needed.
