The service is intended for clients of the wellbeing services county's health services. Medical supplies are distributed to clients with long-term illnesses in accordance with the Health Care Act. A health care professional decides whether you are eligible for the service, so you need a referral to order medical supplies. The distribution of medical supplies is based on individual need, determined by the attending doctor or nurse together with the client.

Services at the Koivukylä office are provided on the 4th floor. Customer service is open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 to 10:00. Service is provided on a queue-number basis.

The telephone service operates as a callback service, and you can leave a callback request Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 12:00. Closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Order supplies well in advance. Information point (1st floor) Mon, Wed, Fri from 7.30 am to 4 pm and Tue and Thu from 7.30 am to 6 pm. Note: On the eve of public holidays, pick-up is until 4 pm. - From Myyrmäki health center, Jönsäksentie 4, 01600 Vantaa. Information point (1st floor), Mon-Fri from 8 am to 5 pm. - From Kerava health center, you can continue to pick up packages ordered to the parcel machine from 7 am to 6.30 pm, Metsolantie 2, 04200 Kerava, B-hall. - The customer can also receive the package by mail to the nearest postal machine or pick-up point. - The order can be delivered to Post's parcel machine (Smartpost) or pick-up point. - Present the Kela card - Check that you have received the correct medical supplies. - If you are handling matters on behalf of someone else, you need a written authorization from the person you are acting for.
