If you want to get messages from us regarding care, services or invoicing electronically instead of as paper letters, now it is possible. Read the instructions below. If you already use the digital post service (Omaposti, Kivra), you will no longer in principle receive paper letters.

Receive messages and letters in digital format directly in Maisa 

If you use the Maisa customer portal, you can immediately do the following measures:

  • Turn off  "Post" in the settings, and you will only get the letters in Maisa. Do the selection in Notifications > General or Account settings in the mobile > Notifications > Communications selection.
  • It can also be good to activate push notifications in the application, when a notification will come for new messages, and you won´t accidentally miss them.

After this you will get messages regarding care, services or invoicing in Omaposti and also in Kivra, if you have activated it. 

If you already use the digital post service (Omaposti, Kivra), you will in principle no longer receive paper letters. It can be good to check, what services you can use and start following them, so that you can notice messages coming from us. 

If you cannot or do not want to receive digital messages, you will get messages related to care, services and invoicing in the future per mail as paper letters.

Background to the change

The transmission of mail regarding taking care of matters in social and health care is made in two phases. Omaposti and Kivra was firstly taken into use and later this year the suomi.fi messages will be, which commission yet needs a little more development work from Epic, who is system supplier of Apotti.

If the digital mail services are not yet in use, you can create a user account for them and log in and choose in the settings for the service, that you want to receive the letters electronically. You can find the instructions for activating Kivra and Omaposti on our Asiakasmaksut web pages.
