On December 16, 2024, the Vantaa and Kerava Wellbeing Services County (VAKE) has published the first version of its range of Wellbeing Services! The Wellbeing Services range offers information about promoting wellbeing and health, such as sports and culture, as well as self-care programs. You can use the Wellbeing Services to easily find wellbeing services and events offered by the cities, the Wellbeing Services County, and organizations in the Vantaa and Kerava area in one place. For example, you can find information about library services, peer support groups, and current events in the Vantaa and Kerava area.
The first version of the Wellbeing Services range has been published on VAKE's wellbeing and health web page. It's freely accessible to everyone, and you don’t need to create a login to use it.
You can check out the Wellbeing Services range here: Hyvinvoinnin ja terveyden edistäminen (in Finnish).
We have already published the first version of our Wellbeing Services range, and during spring 2025 the service will be further developed. When you have used the Wellbeing Services site, please take a moment to fill out our user survey, which will be available until February 28, 2025.
We will use the feedback we get from the user survey to develop the Wellbeing Services further. This is your chance to influence and help us develop our Wellbeing Services range! Go to the user survey (in Finnish).
The information about services and events relating to wellbeing and health in the Wellbeing Services range mainly comes from the Finnish Service Catalogue (FSC) and the Lähellä.fi service. Wellbeing Services Counties and municipalities are required by law to provide information about their services in the FSC. Organizations can provide descriptions about their services and events either in the FSC or the Lähellä.fi service. Services and event information in the Wellbeing Services is shown according to the descriptions provided by the service providers. You can check here which codes are used to include the information in the Wellbeing Services (in Finnish).
