The Vantaa and Kerava Wellbeing Services County's bank accounts are changing

The change in bank accounts will not affect our customers, as customers should keep paying invoices from VAKE to the account number stated on the invoice. If there is still an old account number on an invoice, the customer does not need to change the account number when making the payment, as the payment will automatically be redirected to the new account.

E-invoices or direct debit agreements that the customer may have made with the bank will also be automatically transferred to the new bank. Thus, the customer does not need to make any changes to agreements in their own bank.
