Respond to VAKE’s resident questionnaire and tell your views on the services

Wellbeing services county of Vantaa and Kerava (VAKE) conducts a resident questionnaire in the beginning of summer 2026, which aims to further improve social and health care services, as well as emergency services, to better meet residents’ needs.

The questionnaire maps what functions are good and what should be changed in the services. The answers will help guide the development of services and strengthen residents participation in our well-being county.

Furthermore we collect answers face-to-face on our social and health care clinics and Vantaa Pride event with the support of experts by experience.

We will report the results on the survey in late June 2026.

We encourage all residents to answer the questionnaire and bring forward their own experiences about the services.
