MyTeam starts functioning at all of VAKE health centers in May 2024 – check the phone numbers that are to be changed

MyTeams are responsible for urgent and non-urgent care at all of VAKE health centres starting from May 3rd, 2024. At that time, five health centers' phone numbers will change.

Autamme, hoidamme, pelastamme

Hakunila, Kerava, Kivistö and Länsimäki health centers' phone numbers will remain the same. These numbers are listed below.

Your MyTeam consists of, among other things, nurses, doctors and public health nurses. MyTeam also consults other social and health care professionals when needed.

You can check your MyTeam from the Maisa application. If you already have your personal doctor, you will be automatically forwarded to their team. Occasional changes to this may occur.

NOTE: When the health center returns your call, the number showing is the old number of the health center, but we can't however be reached from that number. It is also good to save the old number to your phone, so you will recognize when we call you.

You can check your MyTeam online at: www.maisa.fi (application for your social and health data, requires strong identification for example with online banking codes).

The residents of Kerava can also check their MyTeam online on the map service's address search at Kerava health center's website.

If you are unable to check the number of your MyTeam electronically from the map service or Maisa and you need to contact the health center in urgent matters, you can call any of our three team numbers.
