Kerava Day Activity Centre

Rehabilitative day activities are preventive in nature and planned to support an older person's ability to function, independence and living at home.

The service is intended for persons with memory loss, those in informal care and elderly people who live at home and need support for participating in activities outside their home. Rehabilitative day activities support informal carers and others in a similar situation.
