Job Coaching Luotsaamo

Job Coaching Luotsaamo provides job coaching for Vantaa and Kerava residents who are clients of disability services, adult social work or employment services. The aim is to support the client's employability by providing a safe and learning-friendly working environment. Another aim is to create further pathways to the open labour market together with the client.

The work activities of Luotsaamo include laundry, catering support and institutional care tasks. Our skilled counsellors help our clie…nts with questions and problems in working life and introduce them to their work tasks.

You can work at Luotsaamo on a pay subsidy, work try-out or apprenticeship or thorough assisted or rehabilitative work activities. We also offer internships for language trainees and students at special vocational schools. A plan and goals for the period are created for the client. Job Coaching Luotsaamo uses the client and patient information system Apotti to monitor the achievement of the goals through daily entries.
