Family group home for unaccompanied minors

Service

You can live in a family group home if you are under the age of 18 with a residence permit and do not have a guardian in Finland.

Child welfare after-care for young adults

Service

After-care is intended for young adults aged 18-25 who have been taken into care or placed in substitute care for at least six continuous months.

Counselling in adult social work

Social counselling offers you guidance and advice on social services, applying for benefits or allowances and related issues.

Service

The service is for those who have recently moved to Vantaa or Kerava and need support for integration.

Supplementary and preventive social assistance

Service

Social assistance is a last resort form of income security. Social assistance is granted to a person or family who needs support and whose other disposable means, such as income and assets, do not cover their essential daily needs.

Intermediate account services

Service

Intermediate account services are provided to clients of adult social work who have a regular income and difficulties managing their finances. The client's income is directed to an intermediate account managed by the social services, from which agreed expenses, such as rent, food and pharmacy fees

Emergency housing service

Service

The emergency housing service of Koisoranta Service Centre provides temporary housing, a shelter and security for homeless people residing in the wellbeing services county.

Supported housing for adults

Service

Supported housing is a housing service provided under the Social Welfare Act.

24-hour service housing for adults

Service

24-hour service housing is a housing service provided under the Social Welfare Act.
