The invoices for home visits in health care during 2024–2025 are sent to some clients exceptionally late. The delay is due to system technical problems.
The delay has affected some of the home visits in health care between February 2024 and October 2025 such as home rehabilitation and doctor´s home visits.
The invoicing before February 2024 has worked normally and the invoicing has continued as normal for the delayed invoices from 30.10.2025.
The reason for the delay in invoicing has been system technical challenges, which was repaired in October 2025.
If you have used the home visits in healthcare services, the invoice will arrive later than usual to you. The delayed invoicing won´t cause any additional costs for you. If you haven´t used the service in question, this bulletin don´t concern you.
