Applying for a job
In a large organisation, there are many different opportunities for work. The wellbeing services county of Vantaa and Kerava offers jobs for various life situations: permanent positions, temporary work, internships and summer jobs. We are currently looking for people from a wide range of disciplines.
How to apply and recruitment process
We publish all vacancies for permanent and long-term fixed-term positions on vakehyva.fi, and you can browse them through the link at the bottom of this page. The vacancies are also published on the websites of TE services and Duunitori. The applications are sent through our online system.
For temporary work and other short-term positions, ranging from a few days to several months, you can apply through Seure Henkilöstöpalvelut, a company jointly owned by the municipalities of the Greater Helsinki area.
Recruitment process
After the application period ends, the contact person for the recruitment will contact those invited to interviews. The interviews may consist of one or more rounds, and they can be conducted individually or in groups. Remote interviews may also be an option. For managerial and demanding expert positions, the process may also include a personal evaluation.
All applicants will be informed of the progress of the recruitment process and the selection decision.
