The Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing services county is organizing a public event on mobility support services on Tuesday, 26 September 2023. The event is aimed at clients of the services for the elderly and persons with disabilities, as well as their close ones. The event will be in Finnish.

We are organizing the event to involve our clients in the decision-making process, and to get feedback on how we can improve the service. Currently, our mobility support services are purchased services. The service will be put out to tender for the new contract period, which starts on 1 April 2024.

The event will take place on Tuesday, 26 September 2023 at 17-19 in Tikkurila in Vantaa. The address is Vernissakatu 8 C, 1st floor (info area). The space is accessible.

The wellbeing services county organizes mobility support services for people who are unable to use public transport independently due to an illness, injury, or similar reason. The mobility support services are meant for people who need support in running errands outside the home or for other everyday needs.

Attend the public event

  • The event will take place on 26 September 2023 in Tikkurila in Vantaa, at Vernissakatu 8 C, 1st floor (info area).
  • The event starts at 17 and ends at 19. You will be offered coffee at the event.
  • You can also attend the event remotely, through Teams. Join the Teams meeting by clicking this link a few minutes before the event starts.
  • The space is accessible. There are three accessible parking spaces within 10 metres of the entrance. The escort drop-off area is also located near the entrance.
