For non-urgent matters, contact the health center electronically via the "Click symptom" (Klinik) electronic symptom survey. We will contact you within 1 business day.

If your ailment or illness requires urgent care, call your health center during office hours from 8 AM to 4 PM. For non-urgent matters, contact us between 8 AM and 12 PM.

Health centers serve by appointment and on weekdays. Your symptoms and care needs are assessed by phone or electronically. If necessary, an appointment will be booked for you, but many issues can also be handled by phone or through our remote services. Sometimes self-care is sufficient. Please use only one contact channel for the same matter.

Please note that if you already have a designated personal doctor, your health team may be different from the one determined by your last name. You can check your health team in Maisa before contacting us.
