Phishing messages have been sent out in the name of wellbeing services county´s child welfare and oral health care

We ask our clients to be especially careful with suspicious messages. Never open links in messages or give personal information to the person asking for them.

Scam messages have been sent to clients in the name of Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing services county´s child welfare and oral health care. Messages have been sent at least by e-post.

Messages sent out in the name of the child welfare have the headline ”Kutsu kuulemiseen” and the recipients are asked to log in to the online service portal. Messages sent out in the name of oral health care have the headline ”Muistutus ajanvarauksesta!” and a link to the client portal have been added.

It is a question about phising, with the aim of obtaining, for example, personal data.

Be careful, never react on suspicious messages. Never open links in messages or give personal information to the person asking for them.

How can I recognize a scam message?

  • There are no links in the messages sent by the wellbeing services county´s child welfare services.
  • You can also identify a scam message on the sender's name or email address.
  • If you are unsure about the authenticity of the message, contact the actor directly, from whom the the message is said to be from.
