Do you know, that:

• Everyone has the right to take care of matters in Finnish or Swedish.
• Our bilingual program supports accessibility to Swedish services.
• We communicate about current topics in Finnish and Swedish, and for example customer instructions and web pages are available in both languages.
• We offer language education for our staff.
• We collect client feedback in Swedish among others about, if we have served the client in his/hers own language.
• Key persons in VAKEs bilingual work and the Swedish speaking client council strengthen and develop Swedish services.
• The task of VAKEs national language board is to investigate and assess the realization of the Swedish services.
