National recommendations for screen time on leisure have been published for families with children aged 0–13. What do they mean in family life? Come live or remotely to hear about screen time. The event is held in Finnish and is open to anyone interested in the topic.

You will get information about what kind of screen time in your free time is okay and what is not. You will get tips on how to reduce your own and your children's screen time. Internationally renowned research director, general practitioner and docent of adolescent medicine Silja Kosola tells us about healthy screen time.

During the event, you can comment and ask questions on site or remotely. Presentation will be streamed and subtitled afterwards in Finnish, Swedish and English. The recording will be available within two weeks on YouTube channels of the wellbeing services counties of Uusimaa and the City of Helsinki.
