The influenza vaccinations started last week at the child health clinics in the wellbeing services county. Unfortunately, an error happened in the system, why an invoice with the title "other therapy" has been sent to some of the clients, with the price 6,20 euro. No invoice should be created for the vaccination visit.

What does this mean? 

  • If you have received this invoice, it shall not be paid.
  • We are currently investigating the cause for the error and ways to prevent similar situations in the future.
  • We will correct incorrect invoices as soon as possible.

We apologize for the error and thank you for your patience during the correction of the situation.
