Healthcare and social welfare professionals can renew their professional cards through the electronic self-service: https://omakortti.dvv.fi
Self-renewal is possible if your previous professional ID card is still valid. Renewal via the e-service is free of charge.
Book an appointment at the certification services of the Digital and Population Data Services Agency.
The Wellbeing Services County of Vantaa and Kerava charges a service fee for employees whose salaries are paid by an employer other than the county.
Professional ID card + activation code: €80 (€63.75 + VAT €16.25)
Replacement card: €70 (€55.78 + VAT €14.22)
Ordering a new PUK/activation code: €53 (€42.23 + VAT €10.77)
The service fee must be paid in advance with the following information:
Print the payment receipt showing the bank archiving reference. Please bring it with you to the registration point.
The accepted forms of identification at the registration point are a valid passport or police-issued ID card.
Note! Driving licences and Kela cards are not accepted as proof of identity.
Only professional ID cards without a photo can be ordered from the registration points of the Wellbeing Services County of Vantaa and Kerava.
