Disability Outpatient Clinic

The Disability Outpatient Clinic provides support and care for matters related to intellectual disability (e.g. health monitoring, medication planning, rehabilitation and statements).

You can seek the services of the clinic if you are a client of disability services and have been diagnosed with an intellectual disability.

Enquiries and appointments can be made during the registered nurse's office hours. You can contact the doctors through the nurse.

For the reception, please report to the car…etaker (stairwell B on the 3rd floor).
