The aim is to improve the wellbeing of young people and their families, reduce out-of-home placements and stabilise crisis situations. The need for support stems from risk factors in the child's and family's environment. The work is planned, goal- and change-oriented and consist of evaluation, support and control. The support is provided in the young person's growth environment. Duration of the work: 1-6 months.
