You are eligible for supported housing if you need support with independent living, transitioning to independent living or daily activities outside your home. You may also get guidance on working life and studies as needed. You are able to cope with most everyday tasks independently but occasionally need support to look after your wellbeing.
To receive the service, please contact the counselling service for people with disabilities either by phone, email, through the Maisa client portal or by sending an application online or in paper form. You can find the up-to-date contact information and opening hours in the Service units tab.
The supported housing services provide support and guidance for independent living in the client's own home. The aim of supported housing is to guide and support the client to live as independently as possible and to use the services in their area. Supported housing includes regular counselling based on the client's implementation plan, which can also be provided outside their home. The client will receive support, for example, with everyday tasks, services outside their home and finding meaningful leisure and recreational activities. We also offer guidance on working life and studies according to the client's interests.
