The service numbers for health and social services change to service numbers of the wellbeing services county
Health, social and rescue services are transferred from municipalities to wellbeing services counties at the turn of the year. The service numbers in use now will be replaced by the service numbers of Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing services county.
The client service for the health and social services becomes the responsibility of Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing services county in 1.1.2023. At the same time, the service numbers and chat services in use now will stop working and be replaced by the service channels of Vantaa and Kerava wellbeing services county.
The new channels and telephone numbers will serve the inhabitants of both Vantaa and Kerava, and all social and health services can in the future be reached using the new service numbers. The change in phone numbers will not affect the availability of services.
The service numbers are the same in all languages, but the caller may choose their preferred language from the list of alternatives with the click of a button. Should the client call the old service number, they will hear a message about the phone number having been changed. New service numbers and their opening hours will be updated on the website to replace the old.
