The At-home Hospital provides 24-hour hospital-level care for people over the age of 16 in their own homes. Patients come to the At-home Hospital mainly from the health centre's emergency department, wards and specialised health care.
Administratively, the At-home Hospital is part of the Acute Care Ward, which also has a bed for the patients of the At-home Hospital if needed.
